As the largest port in the world in terms of cargo throughput, Shandong Port Group is actively practicing digital and intelligent transformation. Since the fourth quarter of 2021, Shandong Port Group has actively explored the development of unmanned operation systems for pure electric autonomous dump trucks and remotely operated loaders in the storage yard, and combined with automated gantry cranes to create the world's first "zero carbon, unmanned, and intelligent" universal dry bulk port full process unmanned automatic operation system. During the process of technical research and verification, Alliance Technology has relied on solid product strength and practical application capabilities, Participated in the technical demonstration and practical application verification of this system. In this project, Mengshi Technology provided a complete set of automatic driving solutions for traditional dry bulk cargo terminals, comprehensively digitizing, unmanned, and intelligent general dry bulk cargo terminals, setting a new benchmark for industry application.
The autonomous transportation operation system of Mengshi Technology can operate continuously for 24 hours, greatly improving on-site safety, while extending effective operation time and improving overall operation efficiency. It is expected to save 80% of manpower and 70% of fuel costs. Shandong Port's bulk cargo ports can achieve zero carbon transportation capacity and smart ports through supporting port wind power.
Specifically, it includes the following aspects:
1) Based on a universal and dedicated dual 5G communication network, it innovatively realizes the safety communication network management of on-site unmanned vehicles, portal cranes, etc., and builds a safety communication foundation for unmanned operation systems;
2) Comprehensive digital storage yard combines digital division and allocation strategies for work areas, and innovatively realizes the scheduling and control of remote control work vehicles, unmanned dump trucks, and field work vehicles;
3) Based on unmanned dump trucks, remote controlled loaders, and automated gantry cranes, it pioneered the realization of the entire process of horizontal transportation and unmanned operation control for general dry bulk cargo terminals;
4) The project cooperates with new energy power generation to achieve a zero carbon smart terminal, change the horizontal transportation operation mode of traditional dry bulk cargo terminals, and achieve green power and smart transportation capacity.
Under limited scenarios, the autonoumous driving technology of Maxsense Technology is no longer a black box lacking transparency.
