In November 2021, MaxsenseTechnology first delivered a 90T diesel L4 autonomous wide-body dump truck for Tianjin Cement Industry Design and Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as "Tianjin Cement Institute"), which was safely and smoothly tested and highly recognized by Tianjin Cement Institute. Recently, the second delivery of the autonomous wide-body dump truck of Mengshi Technology in Tianjin Cement Institute means that the project has reached a milestone and the scale of the autonomous driving fleet for mine operation will be further expanded.

Founded in 1953, Tianjin Cement Institute is one of the earliest major national backbone industrial design institutes established in China, and is also the most powerful engineering design institute with Grade A qualification in the China Building Materials Group system. In recent years, the global cement industry construction field is undergoing a green and intelligent transformation. Tianjin Cement Institute also adheres to the development direction of "high-end, intelligent, and green", taking the lead in opening a new journey of digital, intelligent, and service-oriented transformation in the cement industry. At the end of 2021, through field research and comparison, Tianjin Cement Institute highly recognized the deep technological innovation strength of Maxsense Technology and officially introduced low-cost, digital unmanned transportation solutions. Six months after the delivery and testing of the first unmanned mining car, Tianjin Cement Institute conducted a secondary procurement, initiating a general contracting business model centered on "technology+equipment" in the construction field of the cement industry, Comprehensively promote high-quality development of enterprises.



During the testing process, the complete set of system solutions provided by Maxsense Technologies for limited and closed mine logistics scenarios can be summarized as a "cloud side" three-level hierarchical system. From the bottom up, there areVehicle Control System(VCS), Fleet Operation System (FOS), an Cloud Support System (CSS). The system design fully considers the characteristics of mining scenarios, operational requirements, and service requirements. Based on the basic requirements of high system reliability, reasonable cost control, and rapid service response, it plans a complete set of product solution systems, which not only reduces mine safety hazards, but also reduces labor operation cost losses.


Not only in China, Tianjin Cement Institute has also deployed mining operations overseas.
